Dr. Walter E. Boek and Mr. Mel Alfarero

     International Graduate University (IGU) has had students in its graduate and ESL programs from 116 nations, with every graduate from other countries having returned to important positions at home following receipt of their overseas for two weeks here of intensive study of democratic governmental processes. As a means of assisting additional students from other nations, advisory councils of leading citizens are being established. THE ASIAN ADVISORY COUNCIL OF IGU, with members from Asian countries, is being organized by Mr. Mel Alfarero, who serves as Vice President, Asian Affairs.
